Weight Loss?

Does your eating feel out of control?
I have been helping people with weight and eating problem for over 30 years with a combination of Hypnotherapy, Kinesiology and NLP techniques in order to offer a completely personalized therapy. I may initially use Kinesiology to ascertain if there are any contributing physiological problems to an inability to lose weight (i.e. thyroid, faulty fat metabolism, low blood sugar, etc)

Every client is different, so each session is tailored to the individual. My approach will help you not only to lose weight but to change your relationship with food so that the weight loss is permanent. All you need is a willingness to change. You will feel back in the driving seat and soon regain your self esteem and belief that you can be in control of your life and as a consequence your eating habits/addictions. A few sessions is often all that is necessary. The sessions are usually two weeks apart, and you will be given a hypnosis reinforcement CD/MP3  to listen to at home to help keep the motivation topped up.

Very often the cause of weight problems is an addiction to sugar and carbohydrates. It is a fact that sugar is the most addictive substance there is. It is even more addictive than heroine! Most processed foods will have sugar in them so it is so difficult to avoid. In one can of tomato soup there is as much sugar as in a can of coke. All the big food manufacturers employ neuro scientists to make their food as addictive as possible. For instance it is by design the Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate has exactly the same ratio of fat and sugar as breast milk. (really!) I have developed a program that will help you conquer your addiction. This in tandem with hypnosis will help you master your mind, master your addictions and get back in the driving seat of your life. How good is that going to feel!!

The only downside will be having to buy yourself a smaller size in jeans and won't that be something!
